I was on birth control pills for about 7 years and i stopped taking them about 1.5 month ago and still dont have my period just yet. How many months should I wait till I got my cycle again? And I noticed hair loss. If I want to go back to my birth control again, should I wait till I got my period first?
It will take about 3 months for the body to adjust to being off the pill as it tries to rid itself of the medication. As for going back on the pill I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say. As for the hair loss that could be related to a hormone imbalance.

I‘m going to start chemotherapy on Thursday. I understand that I will lose all my hair, and will probably shave my head. I’m just wondering, whether to do it before the first session, or if I can wait a little longer.
Mine started coming out about 10 to 14 days after my first treatment, I had it cut short before hand and when it started coming out I shave the rest of it. 

I watched a documentary about a lady that died from Cancer but she still had hair because she didn’t want any treatment but a relative had chemotherapy and now her hair is all gone.. So is it the cancer or the chemo that causes the hair loss? Thanks
chemo and/or radiation. I’m going through both for brain cancer. I was told that my chemo (taken orally every day) will not cause hair loss, but my radiation (directly to the brain) will. I’m expecting to lose patches of hair where the radiation beam goes in and where it comes out…..

fresh aloe is always better… it ill help with scalp problems but it wont help regrow hair.
