biotin with har loss?
If my hair is falling out and I star using biotin and I am going to just speed up my hair loss or will it have any affect at all?
Well biotin deficiency causes hair loss.So if u dint have enough biotin in your body to take biotin supplement.Biotin supplements can stop hair fall but does not speed hair growth.
Biotin will just promote the health of your hair and help it grow healthier thicker and longer to its highest possible potential but not anything that is unrealistic for your hair to do. if your hair is falling out due to age biotin will have little affect but it definitely couldn’t hurt.
