anyway as we know hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago I suffered from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.
the things that really worked for me was:
1) Vitamin A – an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The ‘B’ vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also I used herbal treatment – TrichoZed
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for me!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info/why.php
It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) – a major cause of hair loss!

what can decrease normal hair loss?
i am constantly "shedding" hair but since it regrows i’m not too worried about it. what bothers me is that my hair looks frizzy all of the time because of the new growth. is there anything that i can try to decrease the hair loss? i know my hair would be fuller if it all just grew evenly.
one of the hair stylists that i go told me to try getting a shampoo with "biotin".

I’m 26 years old, it seems like my hair is thinning on top, what measures can I take to prevent hair loss?
My father, who’s almost 50 years old, said he started experiencing a similar situation around my age but he would rigorously massage his scalp when showering. He claims by doing so you’re allowing more oxygen to your hair thus keeping it from falling out. I bought a head massager which I began using. Also a bottle of biotin, and try to massage my scalp better when showering. Is there any other proven remedy? Thank you

Does biotin help hair grow faster as well at making it healthy ?
So I’ve been searching the web for different answers now my hair is short and i want it to grow fast and so i bought hair skin and nail will it make my hair grow fast as well and making it healthier ?I’ve only heard of it getting healthy not any longer.Some people also said to take Nourishair or Hairtopia? whats really going to work.Also is there such a thing as to much of it or the more i take the better ?.And one last thing will it help weight loss?
Yes biotin is good for the hair. There is a vitamin at walmart that is good for your hair, i forget the exact name but I believe its the only vitamin complex there that treats hair. I don’t think ANY thing that helps the hair would promote weight loss. There is also a shampoo & conditioner duo thats called F.A.S.T. By NISIM. Search for it on google. It helps, it made my hair grown half an inch a month. They also come with vitamins that help too.
Loosing Hair…..Started using Biotin 5000 mcg?
Hi,
I am a female age 31 years. I used to have some what thick hair when I was in my early twenties. But after my delivery I was loosing my hair a lot. Recenly my hair fall was very bad. In some parts of my head I can see the scalp (white area). I am very much scared and loosing interest in every thing.
So I researched in the internet and found ‘massaging scalp’, ’steaming hair’ and ‘using biotin’ will help preventing hair loss and at the same time help growing new hair.
I started using Vatika Hair Oil for scalp massaging. I also ordered ‘Countertop Hair Steamer’ in the Internet (I am waiting for the shipment). Yesterday I bought Nature’s Bount Biotin 5000 mcg capsules and stared using them.
My question is has any one used Bioin before and found any benefits from using it??
Please respond to this question. I’ll appreciate you answer.
By the way I have Thyroid Problem and I am taking medication. My Thyroid levels are normal with the medication.
I also consulted dermatologist. He tested my scalp and said every thing is normal.
So after gone throught all these things only I started researching in the internet.
Thanks for you response.
Fact: there are no commercial products that prevent hair loss. All the products you see either use gibberish mumbo suedo science which have no real meaning to convince vulnerable (sorry) people to buy them.
Visit your doctor first off. They will be able to give you a rational explanation for your hair loss and suggest ways to reduce the loss. One major factor is stress which leads to alapesha (spelling?). But it.s up to you if you want to throw your money away on a glorified upholstsy cleaner and stuff.
does biotin vitamins work for thinning hair?

Can the Anti-depressant drug,"Celexa"cause hair loss?
I have been on this anti-depressant for 7 months. Since starting Celexa I have noticed a significant amount of hair loss and difference in hair texture. To the point where it’s…. scary. I am only 27 years old.
I have even bought hair,skin,nails vitamins, biotin, silica, etc. this has only helped a little.
2 years ago I was on the anti-depressant lexapro. I do not remember thinning of my hair or a change in the hair texture.
Could the Celexa be causing my hair loss?
yes! it is possible but anyway as we know hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections, hormonal problems, to mention a few.
