Sometimes they call it cold laser–it is not laser, it’s Light Emitting Diode, near infrared light. It stimulates cells to reproduce. It increases circulation and oxygenation. The hair may regrow if the follicle is not totally dead. Also google it–oops–Yahoo it LED Light therapy!
